Business Cards - Are You Ready for Virtual Business Cards?

Filed under: Business Cards News — Mark @ 5:36 am

“…The concept is like having the ability to share virtual business cards and manage them on your mobile phone…”

This is something new from a California company: TxtMS.  They’re basically saying you could do away with physical business cards with a shared virtual image.

And while this does sound kinda cool, I believe each person has to be a member for the exchange to work.  So it’s gonna be awhile before it get’s widespread acceptance.

If it’s something you’re interested in for your business cards though, by all means check it out:

HTH,
Have a great day!

  1. I actually signed up for the service and use it often….ONLY ONE PERSON NEEDS TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT FOR IT TO WORK NOT BOTH. I have it, but the people I meet don’t, so I just have them text my username to x@txtms.com to get all my info.

    I love Txtms!

  2. Hi Jason,

    Thanks for the info.

I understand that it can work as a one-way transfer of business cards as you mention.

I was referring to both people having to have an account if you want a two-way exchange of business cards through the service.

    Have a super day!
