Business Card Design | Introducing The Web-Focused Business Card!

Here’s a new concept…

Don’t put your phone number on your business card!

Don’t put your street address on your business cards!

Let’s go one further…

Don’t put your name on your business cards!

What am I talking about?  Glad you asked… :)

Now this is DEFINATELY NOT the thing to do when you only have a traditional “brick-and-mortar” business…

Introducing the Web-Focused Business Card
(I think I coined the phrase too…  :) )

When you have an internet only business, or a subset of your business is online then you may want to consider this new business card design style.

Another reason might be you just want your prospects and clients to see your fancy new website, so you add a web-focused business card to your business card marketing.

Or maybe you’re just a shy internet entrepreneur who doesn’t want to give out personal details, but still have something of value to offer clients in your market and want a way to get in touch with them offline.

Whichever the case, you may want to consider getting a web-focused business card.

What is a web-focused business card?

It’s a business card without any of the normal business card contact information.  The entire idea of the card is to get people to come to your website.

That’s right! No Phone Number!  No Street Address!  You may not even want to put your name or eMail address!  In fact, your website is the only contact information you need…

If you think about it, this can be a very effective marketing tool, as there is only one contact point and one call to action.  If your prospect wants more information they have to come to your website.

And when they do, you know you now have a very hot lead who could quite easily become a client (if your website is designed for that, that is).

And you thought nothing new ever happened in the business card market!

HTH and have a great day!
Mark
